I plan on running a polaris secondary on a t20 transmision. Do the red and green polaris springs in a polaris secondary do the same thing as the red and green ones talked in the salsbary clutches

hi
It is always recommended to run the drive and driven of the same brand . A primary and secondary are designed this way . Most likely they would not interchange but could try it .
Coil springs may look the same but there are so many different parameters in there design that an exact match is very unlikely . By mixing and matching clutches the machine may operate but not to the its fullest potential .

Nope. Lightest Polaris driven spring is red I believe. This would then open up the door to LOTS of fun. Helixs... Ect. I'm tuning Polaris primary and secondary in my Argo. Do some research. Try to find what belt angle it is you need....
In all honesty if you can get it to work, it SHOULD give you a lower gear ratio, and a taller one too. Good luck! Pm me if I can help in any way!!!
Also... ATV aka Polaris 4 wheeler secondary springs should fit too.... I love the way I can change the back shift on mine in 2 minutes!Alaska floating atvs group on face book. Fixing help and trail rides!!!!!
