I don't think there is enough room in the case to get the tube to the bottom.

I use the shop vac and 5 gal bucket setup. Works great and if I'm careful enough zero mess.

I have 2 of the vac canisters got the small one at Lowes. Works great on t-20 and Argo engines. Needs 1/4" nylon tube to fit into the case easly. I've torn down t20s that I've sucked out and find about one oz. of fluid in them. Push the tube straight down the fill plug hole and it hits a web in the very bottom of the case.

I have one just like that and it works good, just had to pinch the end of the suction hose to get it started down into t-20 filler hole.
