This is the transmission that is in my ST/300/D. Since my machine has a 440 engine it, I was wondering if they changed the trans. as well. I could not find a manufacturer name on it. But then again maybe it's one of those things where it is staring me in the face and I don't see it. Any ideas?image.jpg

That's a Baker/Hill 7000. It's the better one of the two reversing transmissions manufactured by Attex in the early days.Stuck in the seventies- not in the swamp.

That's what I have in my 1970 attex 300.It's original I believe.They must have used that one in a lot of different models.Comment
