Picking up an Amphicat with a 6 plunger trany in it. Before I decided to buy I did some searching and found little to nothing about these tranys. Would like to know if there is a manual available for this. Was Amphicat the only company that used them? Are they reliable with proper service? Any info regarding the 6 plunger would be much appreciated. JP pointed out that it is not a T-10 as I posted in the header but it appears that I cannot change it.....only the post itself.

That's not a Borg Warner T-10. The Borg Warner T-10 was a four speed manual car transmission.

Sorry for the mis-information. I had seen it called T-10 in a couple of threads so I just grabbed it. I"ll try to change the title to 6 plunger. Has anyone had any experience with these (besides the Amphiman1 guy)?Comment
