I picked up a 1988 8x8 model KB with reverse not working
Having taken the tranny out and split it, it looks like the circlip holding the dowel for the reverse idler left the machine and the dowel went internal.
No major damage to the internals is apparent buyt the tab on the case(34-01) is broken and the shaft was hitting againt the side cover (34-02) and there is some damage there.
Any clue where would be a good place to look for parts? They are marked discontinued at argo adventure and other online shops
As well what is the proper name for this model of transmissoin? Its modle number is 9779CHK.
