I think that I am going to try to rebuild my t20 next spring! I would like to do the popsicle upgrade.my question is where do you find the rings to replace the bolts in the plunger's. I am not having a problem with the t20. I just don't know if it has ever been rebuilt. My machine is 21 years old. I think I should rebuild it before a problem starts. Thanks in advance!

These are what I used. The "solid rod ends" on the right side of the page. Drill down to 3/8"-24 male right hand thread. They're pricey, but they get the job done.

Thanks hydro. I have it in my note book. Not looking forward to a rebuild but if I am going to drive it, I should know how to fix it! I do think the popsicle sticks look really cool. I now just have to find the sticks.

These are what I used: A bit cheaper and they'll take up any misalignment. I used them with shoulder bolts. Surplus Center

So what do you do, use a piece of threaded rod in the plunger and then into the ring? Please disregard. I enlarged the pick and saw it was threaded. Thanks guys.

Thanks Disabledsportsman, I will try to get a hold of him. Hope your maxlv is coming along. I myself am disabled. Broke my back in a mill accident. My maxll gets me to the woods every fall and on the ice every winter! I work on my maxll most of the summer. Lots of gadgets. The tranny will be a great challenge for me. I did just install an electronic winch in the garage.should be easy to get it out of the body. I have everything except the sticks and rings and I have read every article on the subject. We will give it a try!
