Hi all
As you can see my belt does not travel all the way up my drive clutch. No matter how loose or tight the belt is.
This is not the original drive clutch, the outer sheave and shaft is from a donor clutch.
I notice that the sheaves move about a 1/2 inch before it touches the belt so I think the clutch is at the end of its travel.
Is there a way to shim the clutch or do I need to disassemble it again and push the outer sheave and spider assy down the shaft more?
As it is the Max II runs awesome, plenty of power and torque and it runs at 25 mph with engine at 5100 RPM
