  • motorcycle style clutch?

    Was thinking of the argo today ad thought of how nice a pair of wet, multi disc motorcycle clutches would be to softly.engage or disengage each track and have a true 6x6. Anybody see a setup like that?

    A T-20 has wet brake bands, these transmissions work similar to what your describing. Each lateral controls one side of the drive, push the left stick forward and it transfers power to the left side.

      H A G E N trans...wet clutch independent drive of each side independant control forward or reverse zo true counter rotating for zero turn radius.....

          You ever thought of using a car transaxle? Just rig up a brake for either side and you are good to go.

            yes, if you look at most of the homebuilt ''russian'' tracked machines, you will see how many guys used a car rearend and set them up just how noel described. johnboy va. check them out on u tube.
