Picked up a T-20 with a rusted stuck plunger. Let soak for a week in chemical with no luck. Tried a hammer and got a bonus with the plunger out came a sleeve too. Tried to get the part from Recreative industries and was told by the owner. The tranny with the sleeves were a manufacture defect. No parts available so I made my own. For $10 in aluminum tubing 2part fiberglass epoxy resin I had laying around and about 3hrs labor of love. My advice, Bevel the edge to avoid damaging the o-rings when re-installing the plunger, make sure you measure and re- measure since I don't believe all the wholes are the same size, I only had to do one hole this time around.
