I bought a parts machine a while back and today decided to tear into the T20.....which was locked up.

In addition to some rust and paper thin lining on the bands, here's one of the diamond shifters.

If the shift collar had not been busted this would have really been a mess.

Anyone need a slightly used diamond shifter?

I bought a used T20 that had the same issue. My diamond shifter didn't quite look that bad though. That one is nasty.
