Driven Clutch Teflon Posts

Does anyone know where i can get Teflon posts for a driven clutch as per attached picture, and thanks to everyone on this forum a very old machine is coming back to life !

703113 is part # on max6x6.com. I can't find the comet -Salisbury number right now but have purchased at one time from MFG warehouse.
