Older Muscat black box

Hi I recently picked up an older muscateer with a black box transmission it doesn't have a Motor right now does anyone know what horse power it can handle also I'm really needing info on this black box hoping replacement parts are available still not sure what fluid it takes either. Any support of info on my family's new project would be awesome thanks

No replacement parts for trans 10 or12 hp Techumse

If I can find it may be able scan manuak for trans adjustment but thats about it.

Does yours have a propeller drive?

Any luck on the manual. Looks like all the sprockets are good however clutches not so good hopefully once I get it apart I can get a part # off one of them this whole unit looks th it was put together with universal parts

May want clutches relined at a brake n clutch place....bout best advice can offer..they dropped that trans in favor of the Hagen/Rooter in my unit. Since only about 3 maybe 4 years production in late 60's early 70's u can understand how parts are non existamt.
