After a few shakedown runs I decided to adjust my T-20 properly. First I'd like to thank the designer that decided locating the lower rear battery support rail should block the plunger bolts. I cut a section out of the rail for access. I fabbed a removable lower rail to replace it. Any way I get access to the lower plunger bolts and both are seized! So, out came the tranny, managed to free up bolts, chased threads in plungers with a tap, reinstalled all 4 plunger bolts with anti-seize. Trans works great.
Moral: all you guys restoring a machine, save yourself a headache and make sure plunger bolts aren't seized BEFORE you install the T-20.
