  • The clutches, which are the right ones, can I use these?

    Good evening everybody,

so I am wondering about the clutches,

how to attach this 780 Series Driven Clutch onto the T20 (shaft looks so much shorter than on the clutch)

and how I can get this clutch of the JLO and try it out on another motor with an 1' shaft, got the part with the flyweights off. The disc facing the engine I am at a loss how to remove it, any guidance appreciated

On the 780 and t20 put the key in the shaft and just slide it on. The shaft is a good bit shorter but it will be fine. That's just how they are. use a long bolt i believe 3/8 24 but dont remember the lenth. You need a jlo clutch puller to remove the clutch but unfortunately that clutch is going to be tapered bore not a straight 1".

Your drive clutch will not work with a 1" shaft, that drive clutch is for a tapered shaft engine.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
      Joe Camel never does that.

Advice is free, it's the application that costs.
