  • Did I overdo it?

Sucked the fluid out of the T-20 last weekend fluid was copper colored with no signs of metal chunks. Refilled with 28oz of type F + 4 oz of friction modifier. Went for a test spin and now I have to push forward on laterals to move or pull back much harder than before to back up. Too much friction modifier? Should I suck out again and fill with straight type F?

That seems odd. What type of friction mod did you use? I've had great luck moth Motorcraft friction mod right from Ford.
What it lacks in ground clearance it makes up for with traction.

I'm a service manager at a Dodge dealer so I used Mopar friction modifier

Oh I suppose Motorcraft is a cus word then huh? Lol. If all you did was change fluid and friction mod I've got to believe it's one of the two. I have used off brand friction mod before and you could hear the bands slip.
