  • Tomahawk slower after new belt

Ok so I put a new drive belt on the machine today and seemed to be good for about a half hour. Now it seems to have lost speed. I also sprayed some WD 40 with silicone on clutch rollers before I put belt on. Ya think it's possible some of this got on belt and is making it slip now or glaze it up??
Thanks in advance for any input

There was when 1st put on but I slid engine back prolly an inch. It had a short belt on it but I find right size on here so I put it on today. Tranny is a Lil bit tweaked in the frame. It's bent a little bit.previous owner didn't even have the front braces hooked up to t20!!!

My A-Stock racer was like that. I hit the gas and the tranny would just jump out of the frame.
