Wow, I never would have thought that two bands could have been broken at once. If the other two are questionable I would replace those too. Like you said though, as long as there is no noticeable wear on the drums you should be fine everywhere else.
While you are in there go ahead and get a seal kit from the manufacturer since it's cheap. Amphibious Six-Wheel Drive All-Terrain Vehicles: MaxATVs - Call 1-800-255-2511 The only other thing you may want to do that is a little more expensive is to replace the two main bearings and seals on the output shafts. I didn't do that when I first had mine apart. Later on down the road one of the bearings went out and pushed out a seal throwing fluid everywhere. You have to disassemble the entire transmission to get to those bearings.
The only downside is that they are specially machined for this application for Recreative Industries. .010 are taken off the races for a perfect fit and they are a little pricey but well worth it if you can swing it all at once.
