Hi from Scotland
I have the UK equivalent of a Cushman 775 Range Cat. Called a Scottrack Hillcat 775.
I live way up in the hills of the Scottish Borders, I use the 775 to get get feed out to the sheep in the winter months. The farm is the highest farm in the Scottish borders. I can drive all the way around the farms high tops to get the food out the sheep. Unfortunately due to a belt that had worn and slipped down lower than it should have in the driven clutch, all 3 shoe cams are broken off. The blue spring has one ring that is bulging out and sitting on the outside of where it should be.
I will get the gearbox out today or tomorrow weather permitting, and check to see if I can find the shoe cams. I really need to have this fixed for the start of the new year to be able to get out to feed the sheep.
Being in the UK I have limited to no supply of the parts for the driven clutch. The clutch is the exact same clutch as in Rockdoctors video on youtube.
Also same as in this video.
Where would I source the parts needed to fix the clutch. I did read somewhere there was an aftermarket driven clutch that is available. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.
Couple of Youtube videos of the actual 775 on the Farm.
I need to check how to post images on the forum for to take actual images of the damage
Cheers
