Belt help! Max iv 95ish 16hp vangaurd

I have a new to me pretty beat up max 4. I believe it’s a 95ish model. Has round headlights. There is currently a snowmobile belt on it (19T4300). I can touch the belt to it’s self between the tranny and the motor, see pic. I had some power problems climbing hills and now it won’t even move the vehicle on flat ground. I’ve searched through the forums on my phone but am having a hard time finding it. I think I read a Napa 6069 somewhere. Can anyone confirm the belt number?
It’s a t20 transmission and a 16 hp b&s vangaurd

I assume you have figured out by now you should have the 780's.
