i just bought a hustler with a t-20 tranny and i want to know what a rebuild kit would cost. someone put a 294cc 2 stroke polaris snowmobile engine that runs awesome and the hustler will drive, but the right side will shift into reverse, but not drive in reverse, how would i adjust that?

From your description, I don't think it's an adjustment. Does the diamond shifter go all the way to the back like the other side for reverse? If it does and the transmission doesn't shift, the first thing to do would be pull the shifter out and see what shape it's in.
