Max II clutch rattle?

Hey guys, I have some clutch rattle with my MaxII. When I rev it up in Neutral, it sounds like the clutch is shaking or something. I guess I am referring to the clutch. It looks like a clutch that comes off the motor shaft that has the belt attached to it. (Not the trans clutch the motor clutch, if there is a such thing)

Is the bolt that holds it on the engine tight? Can you shake in any direction with your hands? Can you see it move shake or wobble while the engine is running? Sounds as though something is loose.
