    Hello Rick,
    Congrats on your purchase!!!

I have seen a few scramblers with similar set up. Possibly yours? They are geared really low. The tranny 18t sprocket went right to the axle with a 30t or sometimes 28t sprocket stock on an attex. The scrambler setups with the baker hill go from the 18t tranny to the 42t/12t jackshaft to the 42t axle. Attex would be like 1.6 ratio and you would be like 4.6 or roughly 1/3 the speed but 3 times the torque.

I have made my own pucks in the past with 1/4" brake/clutch friction material. I went around to local shops and find a drive and spring shop that makes clutches and brakes and I got some scraps cheap. I recently bought some material from mc master carr and I order 5/16". It might be to thick. I havent tryed it yet. It does look really thick and I might not be able to use. With the ones I made I used a hole saw and didnt even bother with the center drill. They work fine even with the center hole. I had to cut them out with the hole saw, then grind them smaller to match the stock ones because my hole saw is slighler larger. I did the hole saw and grinding with a mist of water going on them to keep the dust down. Im not sure if there is asbestos in them or not.

Post pictures of it, I would love to see it!! The setup and the whole machine.
