If I ever get around to doing the same I was thinking of figuring out how to mount the sprocket from the rear wheel of the bike to the shaft of the T20. I would imagine its keyed, so maybe some kind of gokart sprocket holder. My dad and I have been talking alot about this trying to figure it out.sigpic

this is what i had in mined. a CNC machine shop will be able to take the sprocket and they can machine a keyed hub for the T20. if the T20 is not keyed i will have it keyed and the sprocket will bolt to the hub. and that will give me a sprocket that will be balanced and true{run straight}Last edited by robertkbush; 01-19-2010, 02:46 PM.max2 with 3000lb winch, split shifter, off road lights, and 50 amp alternator

I think swamp witch is making his own 6x6 from the edge plans wich has a motorcyle as a engine but a different kind of transmission.I will try to link the edge page here http://www.edge.au.com/buggies_6x6.htm you might want to talk to swamp witch just to check out your options

Your T20 will be keyed. You might look into Taperlock flanges rather than having a shop build them, I think Tractor Supply Company carries some sizes. When you put the 750 down in your tub you will not have the airflow that it would be accustomed to, so you will most likely need a fan of some type to cool it. Keep us posted on your progress.DESTRUCTION is just a couple of vowels down the street from DISTRACTION
