I just finished a T20 rebuild and it was fairly easy, There were a few moments of frustration and swearing. However the adjustments seems to have gotten the best of me. I can steer the Max but it isnt right. If im at a complete stop and i pull back on the right stick and accelerate it has little power. Now if I just push forward slightly on the left stick it turns perfectly. I assume the bottom plungers are too loose but I have no idea if im right or not. Can anyone help.

Sometimes you will have to push forward on the sticks because the springs don't have enough tension to pull them all the way forward. This is usually more noticeable when going up a hill or like your situation trying to turn from a dead stop. If it bothers you, you can try tightening the springs on your laterals or you can try readjusting your T20. There is an adjustment procedure on the last page of the T20 rebuild article. There are also some adjustment procedures in the T20 manual and in the transmission forum if you want to try searching a little.
