Looking for somewhere/someone that has 4 stroke clutches. Tried finding the comets and thats impossible. Is there another brand of clutch that anyone would recommend? Or maybe know where I can get my hands on some comets?

Check with Recreatives Industries(MAX). The have a new clutch and they speak very highly of it. According to a rep it seems to put more power to the ground. They should have them to sale to the public now. Don't know the price but they seem to be the only ones with these clutches right now. Let us know how you make out.

Lewis, jpswift and I drove a machine with the new clutch when I was in Buffalo last weekend. Holy crap does it put the power to the ground.l like to buy stuff and no I don't do payments!Comment

Called Recreatives Industries and they dont have any of the old clutches (comets). The new clutches are around $1000 for the pair. So now I have a new 16hp 4 stroke and no clutch until certified parts(new comet) starts producing them. Does anyone have an extra 4 stroke clutch they wouldn't mind parting with so I can start working on my engine swap?sigpicComment
