I just bought a hustler this last saturday. I have problems turnig to the left while moving forward. If I come to a complete stop I can turn to the left other wise it will only make a slow left turn. Do i need to adjust the laterals. I also have a problem shifting into reverse but I believe I have a grasp on that though. Any help would be greatly appreaciated.

First, follow the linkage back to the T20 to make sure that there is not binding anywhere and that the laterals are fully engaging the plunger. Next, try properly adjusting the bands on your T20. Use the search here on the site to find lots of threads on this. You can also find instructions in the T20 rebuild article in the how-to section on the main page of this site.
