  • T 20 cast iron ?

    Any body ever seen a cast iron t 20 trans ? I got a guy that sez thats what hes got !

    we want pictures..lol i never heard or seen of one. although, im rather new to this all as well...like to see pics of the said "Cast iron T20"

      as heavy as a cast aluminum one is, I would hate to have to fight a cast iron one into/ out of a machine!!

          There was never a T-20 that was made of cast iron, the guy must have it confused with cast aluminum.

            maybe thinking of the cast iron (i think) unit that was in the amphicat? thats about the only think i could think of, besides the cast aluminum thoughts.

              Is it possible that maybe one of the early prototype transmissions was cast iron? That may be what this guy has. On the other hand, he more than likely has no idea what he's talking about...

                I'm going to vote for "he has no idea what he's talking about". I think that's a very safe bet.
