  • Illustrations and instructions on PDF?

Hello all of you good mud luvin' folks.
I'm happy to find a site so germane to my current plights and predicaments.
I would very much like to obtain a technical manual for a T-20 skid-steer transmission.
I would also like to ask you all if it is a very bad thing for the left steering plunger to have a half inch more travel than the right one?
    Thanks,
    PHM

I had not got that far into the site. I will read it.
Do you know of any good photographic records of the T-20 rebuild process?
I'm thinking of doing a powerpoint presentation of what ever I do.
I am in the very southern part of Bibb county, less than a mile from the Echeconee.

Look in the articles section. Jeff has detailed instructions of how to tear it apart with pictures.

I also have a technical manual of the T-20 which I can scan as soon as I get a little bit of time here.

            re-trans pdf

            Hello I'm Tom
I found the trans article interesting and informative.waiting for part 2.
on the same note I just opened up my t-20 to see what repair was ahead.Turns out the anchor loop end of one band was broken off.all bands
and drums still looked unused and factory new an repair was easy.the most
difficult assembley was keeping the needle bearing together.thanks for this
information .also I read somewhere that you were looking for the patent #
off the t-20 it is #3581600 mine is dated 4-2-75.the SUPER SWAMPFOX will ride again.I'll try to send a new pic of trans.

Did you ever find out the reason the left plunger had more travel or what problems occured if any because it it? I would like to hear more about this issue if anyone else has an answer.
