    Hey Gang,

I wanted to let the 6x6World members know about a clutch resource that Whipper found and shared with me.

The name of the company is Quality Drive Systems of Alhambra, CA.

I toasted the clutch in my racer last year at Ashtabula. It was a real bummer because the clutches were dialed in perfectly (Thanks Jersey) and my racer was humming.

I got on the phone with Roy about two weeks ago. After talking a bit I decided to send my clutch out to the west coast. They were not able to replace the cluch since it was out of production for about 30 years. They were able to repair my old clutch and I swear, it looks brand new!

I got the clutch only 12 days after sending it out at a price that was far less than the cost of a new one.

Yes, I delt with Roy @ QDS for nylon sliders and a few other issues with an older secondary that is now in service on my Attex. A real pleasure to work with.

I too have delt with QDS and Roy, I bought my new clutches for my COOT from them. great service and very knowledgable. They are the only vendor that I talked to that instantly knew what A COOT was...
