looking to get a seal kit and I can remember the company's name or phone number I also need the main bearing for the trans, also who is the company that re-lines the the bands? In Georgia, and what do you experts think of relines compared to buying new bands ?
    Thanks guys !

Alabama Bands relines them. Recreatives sells the seals, bearings, and thrust washers. Amphibious Six-Wheel Drive All-Terrain Vehicles: MaxATVs - Call 1-800-255-2511

Excellent! Much, much cheaper than Richard Clark, and plus you didn't have to turn in your old bands to avoid the "core" charge and his rediculous shipping and handling charges.

Transmission Crafters in GA. is the company to use to have your bands relined. I'll try to post this link to the thread.

Oh they're the ones that are buddy buddy with Richard Clark, and wouldn't sell to us because of him?

Jeff,I recall lots of speculation while the dust was settling after the initial hit. Check out this thread starting with post # 14,I think alot of the skinny is in here.

Another typical shady, underhanded business practice of Richard Clark to make lots of money for himself, rather than help promote the hobby. This is one of the many reasons I tell everyone I talk to about 6 wheelers to avoid Richard Clark.

                      T-20 headache

So the trans is apart and the pin hole on the the housing that holds the bands in is not in straight. Is this the norm? It is causing the edge of the band to wear. Is this normal? Should i just put it together and hope for the best? Or should i try finding. A new housing. Thanks guys

The hole in the case that holds the pin which holds the bands should be straight, not egged out. Sorry to be the one to tell you this.

This kind of stuff is caused by abusive drivers snatching on the laterals. This is not common to have this happen,The t20 is a very tough trans and usually don't have many problems.Start a thread for the casing under the wanted section and some one may have the parts you need. Good luck
