conquest transmission jumps out of low gear.

i know theres a thread here somewhere on the subject,but i cant find it.so anyhow my '96 conquest jumps out of low gear.its a MU transmission and i am wondering what the cure is?

thanks guys.gonna give it another good ride tomorrow morning and see if the problem persists.if it does then its pull the trany apart time.

looks like a case of new driver without a clue.just have to make sure shifter is in correct position and all seema ok.gonna give it another good run monday am.
