Alright folks, rookie wanting to run something by you. Changed transmission fluid, about two quarts came out. I put one quart of synthetic trans.fluid in and let what little overage drain out level hole. My question is ,is it allright that now it sounds like an old type jeep trannie?. No chatter but a whine sound, heard in older manual transmissions.Did not add anti slip. Do not mind noise as long as nothing wrong.(weird but sounds cool to me!) Drives out fine, responds fine. Thanks ,i,m learning. Saw on a thread where someone(thanks for sharing)put a gas valve and hose for draining on. I can see the appeal!. Happy miles to you all. Monoped.

If the sound you are talking about is just the normal T20 band chatter then that won't hurt anything. Band chatter happens when you pull back on the sticks and the bands start to engage on the drums. Once you fully brake one side, the sounds should be gone.

Haa,you beat me to my edit. Its a whine sound ,like in old manual transmissions. Being overfilled when acquired likely quieted it,don,t know normal sound if any. Thanks Mike. Forum invaluable!.
