  • Broken T20 Levers

    Ok so we noticed why our shifters on the max had a different feel than the other. The metal at the bottom is broken off for the left stick. Are these homemade bars or are they factory??? They seem to be homemade. If these are the real factory bars than we plan to have a new one tabbed up locally. Thanks, any help appreciated.

    The "U" channels are factory. That's the first I've seen break like that. A new one from R.I. is probably about $10....I'd suggest just calling them and getting a new one.

      Thanks, we did manage to get it into reverse though while we had the footwell out. We think it was cracked and finally broke coming off our mountain the day we bought it when we were pushing it after the jerry rigged gravity feed caused it to not run down hill and we had to yank on the sticks to get it turned.

        Thanks for moving this thread, wasn't sure if the shift levers were max specific or not so I posted it in the max section.
