The motor has a tapered shaft, so it is a wedge fit.
First, pull the bolt, then you will notice the clutch is threaded. There is a propper tool for pulling it, but, why buy it.
Get a bolt just smaller dia than the bolt that held the clutch on(I.E. 7/16" bolt, get a 3/8", and longer than the hole in the crank is deep. It must stick out 1/4" or so of the crank when bolt head is cut off and inserted in the hole in the crank(must bottom out). Then find a bolt to screw into the clutch. It will push against the other bolt (with head cut off) and against the crank, while pulling on the clutch. Tighten it a little at a time while tapping on the bolt head occasionally with a hammer. It should "pop" and be free.
