hope I am not bothering you, but everything read in the forums says your the performance guru! I have an 04 max II with the 18hp vanguard. I am looking to do some performance upgrades but....am on a shoestring budget for a bit. I was hoping for some basic info on 18 vanguard upgrades, I spent years wrenching on big american v twins and they have all kinds of simple yet useful wrench twists one can due before cracking into the engine, I already have my performance package picked out but itll have to wait until next summer. until then do you have any recommendations for us new to the aatv world??? should I pitch the governer? gut the exuast?? any suggsetions would be great, or maybe even start a new thread... basic hop ups.. for stock engines
