hey dude, what's good with you? I got a Hustler question. Can I use the chassis of a 950 or so on and put in a 980 bigfoot tub. The only difference in the 980 and the rest of the Hustlers ( to exclude the early 70's models) is the tub and maybe a stiffer chassis, right? I also know that the transmission mounts for the hustler aren't as sturdy as we would desire, right? The only down fall or complaint I have with the Hustler is the smaller 1 3/16 axles compared to the Max 1 1/4 axles. I don't even know if all the Hustler's axles are solid or hollow? Yet and still, I feel the need to have one in my garage. My normal 6x6 conversations with my brother cbass now involves the letters H-U-S-T-L-E-R,,,,, see what i mean,,, I got the hustler bug, dude. I need some info, and I know you got it.
