I was just looking it over this weekend. Everything looks pretty good with 30 hours on it. The main rail that runs the length of the body that the bars attatch to has a slight bow to it if you sight down the edge that has not really changed since I built it and all the welds seem to be holding up well. I keep thinking I maybe should have welded the stub to a plate that bolted to the rail rather than welding the stub for the support bar directly to the body rail but then there may have been too much preasure on the body by the washers that come from undernieth to attatch it unless I made a second bottom plate to spread the load. In any case it is working great and I simply love having the support bar. I will add suspension to the existing seat this spring and then I should be set.
