    Adair Track Tuner Testimonial

A short time ago, I managed to talk a friend of mine into trying some Track Tuners on some of his HDI's at work. He ordered enough to outfit 3 machines. These machines are Industrial Use, they are worked hard and the guys running them are not necessarily concerned with the proper maintenance or well being of the machines.

I have not spoken to him about it, and can not vouch for the following message, but this is a TEXT he sent me yesterday

The Track Tuners are winning friends fast
They have more than 50hrs on them with almost NO signs of wear on the Tensioner Blocks
First time EVER on Rubber Tracks

You might need a little history to understand the significance of this message. Basically, NONE of their AVENGERS/HDI's have ever managed to go more than 50hrs without eating the Chain Tensioner Blocks (Chain Windeup), while on Rubber Tracks. Regardless of whether they could have acomplished the same results by closer monitoring of their tire circumfrance/air pressure, the consensus is that the Tuners are responsible for significantly reducing their maintenance costs already............. after only 50hrs.
This is not to say that the Tuners have already paid for themselves, I believe it means that they EXPECT the Tuners to pay for themselves, and then some, as they get more hours on them.

Hope this is of some interest to you guys that run Rubber Tracks

That was a very positive report about the track tuners for those forum members who might be thinking about buying some.

Got mine the start of this week. Seven days from order to delivery in Edmonton via the US Postal Service. Putting them on this weekend. They didn't come with any instructions but I am assuming that the spacer plate for the front and rear goes next to the face plate and the Agro track spacer goes on over it. The center installation is straight forward. Will let you know how it goes. For those in Canada thinking of ordering Customs charged me $16.09. Not bad on a $400 purchase. There might be something to free trade afterall.
