I read somewhere that someone had adapted a v belt shive to the secondary clutch to run an alternator. Could something of that fashion be adapted to run a hydraulic pump using a blower style belt? Polaris snowmobiles have changed out the traditional chain case for a blower style cog belt and are having great reliability results, even the guys with turbos pushing some 200 HP
One would need to work with ratios due to the rpm change as the clutches shift when the engine rpm rise.
