Not a whole lot of storage in these things so I whipped up this tool box that fits behind the rear seat

Cleaned up the wireing harness and installed the relays for the Superwinch winches. In the rear I made the internal mount for the rear winch......lots of work...

I'm also running two 800gph bilge pumps

Are you going to buy tracktuners to reduce chainwindup due to the rubber tracks?

What Trans Gearing do you have in there? Just wondering how you will do running those wide, heavy tracks. I've never tried the Buldocs, and don't recall ever seeing a set on any machines in my area, so I'm just curious how you will make out.

She came with a 40 amp alt so adding a few lights and winches should be ok. Modified the front bumper to accept the 4500 Superwinch

Working on rear winch mount. It is bolted though the pinch seam and custom internal mount I made. It will also have a compression strut that will be welded to the receiver hitch

Looks great. What did you use to clean the body, frame, and engine/trans?

Haaaaahaha, at my first look at this pic I thought WTF?
Then I realized its the back of the machine.
Did you consider building a rear cargo rack and mounting the winch to it?
Are you against the rear rack, or just don't feel you need one for your purposes?

                        Looks awesome

I thought about a cargo rack / winch mount but thought it would be too big and heavy.

Finished welding the bumpers and gave them a shot of paint

The top is off for the last time....I hope. Modified the heater box to run two defrost vents

This is a good look at the support for the rear winch

Top is back on and riveted. Installed the speaker box and screwed it down

Almost looks like it belongs there...
