I just whent to the argo dealer to buy 2 new HD shafts. The mechanic there told me to put honey Goo instead of Anti-Seize on the shafts.
Any thought about that? He says that Honey Goo make little to no mess and prevent corrosion...I'm not totally sure about that!!!
Any advice ???

. Never heard of honey goo but i have heard of "Honey doo". Have used anti-seize for years and it is in my opinion the best all round for keeping parts from seizing together. We use it for it's High temp properties. When you put equipment together that will reach temps that exceed 375c this is the product. I use it on all the clutches when installing. There are also different versions of this product: Nichole-seize which is a gray compound for stainless and aluminum. There is one more product which is good for stainless to Aluminum application and it is silver goop. Very expensive but it does the job. Proven products. Hope this helps.
