And use triple lip sealed bearings on the outer as well. Don't use permatex on the axles.
Thanks for the advice.

I upgraded my idler shafts to the 11 tooth in place of the 13 tooth sprockets. When I installed the chains which have about 40 hours of running time on them I found them to be way to loose. I had to install a half offset link to take up the slack. This corrected the problem. Has anyone ever seen this issue before or run half links in an argo when upgrading to 11 tooth sprockets. could these half links cause problems? I added half links on Idler to front axle and idler to second axle. This was done on the left and right side. The only changes I made to the sprockets were the 11 tooth idler shafts. Thanks in advance

The old magnum is all back together and gone thru a 2 hour test ride. The power difference is very noticeable with the new 11 tooth sprockets and primary clutch mods. (thanks Rock Doctor for the YouTube video.). The new bearing extensions are nice to have in back, I can keep my tracks a little tighter. I installed a high amp toggle switch on the brake fan with a safety rocker to be able to shut off the fan on cold starts and during allot of winching.
