  • Normal water intake

First time in the water with my conquest for about 30 minutes an I got about 2 inches of water in the tub. What's normal ?

With my experience you should have very little to none. I have ran for hours in the water with no water. Sometimes water comes in while entering or exiting water. I would start with checking bearings, bearing gaskets, then drain plug seals, and then tub.

Sounds as if the axle seals have worn, check for bearing movement up/down. There should be 0 in a new bearing, when lifting/lowering axle if play is evident those bearings should be replaced and if aluminum housing is wore replace it also.

If your machine has tracks check the lower body for a rub through near corners under rear seats and under radiator/exhaust (mainly) and along entire sides.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
      Joe Camel never does that.

Advice is free, it's the application that costs.

It's a 2002 with 126 hours and no damage to the body. I haven't tried to tighten the flange bolts yet.
