Iam looking for some pics.of Argo's mount. I think I can make my own, all I need is some pics. and measurements. I heared they are about a 100.00. Thanks for any info. Cougar
These may give you some idea of the mount, as you can see it is off center, this is a factory issue. If you want i can take more detailed pictures tomorrow with some measurements.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways , cigar in one hand, whiskey in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!!"
So the side mount don't have a brace on the bottom of the motor? The one rear mount I saw had a brace that ran from the hitch to the bottom of the motor. It was a V shape. I was going to try and run the motor without the bottom brace first. Cougar
The side mount does free up the hitch but is tied into the frame at the same location as the hitch(right hand 2 bolts as seen from rear of machine). Also if you are running a tiller type outboard it puts the tiller handle so as you sit on the bench the handle is very convenient. I took pictures and measurements on this hook-up. Are you still interested in the measurements and pics?
