I think I found my problem.R/H brake caliper dragging more so when warmer.I adjusted steering pins per manual no change.Flushed and bled brakes no change.Removed and disassembled R/H caliper found two o-rings were there should only be one.The second o-ring looks like it is slightly blocking the hole.Probably more so when both caliper halves are together and torqued.I am the second owner and purchased the Argo about a month ago.Photo attached.

Congratulations. Many many people would not have found that!Originally posted by 01argo View PostI think I found my problem.R/H brake caliper dragging more so when warmer.I adjusted steering pins per manual no change.Flushed and bled brakes no change.Removed and disassembled R/H caliper found two o-rings were there should only be one.The second o-ring looks like it is slightly blocking the hole.Probably more so when both caliper halves are together and torqued.I am the second owner and purchased the Argo about a month ago.Photo attached.

Thanks,Just waiting for my new o-ring kit to put back together. It appears that this may have been this way from the factory by how the allen screws where seized on the caliper halfs and the brake pads appear to be original.Originally posted by philipatmaxfour View PostCongratulations. Yeah, hopefully that fixes it.My theory is the hole that channels the brake fluid is being restricted not allowing the brake fluid to fully return when brake pressure is released.Originally posted by Canadian_Zuk View PostI hope that's all it turns out to be. I'm curious and can't wait for you to get it back together, I'll honestly be surprised if that turns out to be source of your problem.

Do you believe it was the small oring or did you do the ones on the pistons as well?sigpic
My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
Joe Camel never does that.
Advice is free, it's the application that costs.

I believe it was the small o ring.I did replace the o rings on the pistons while I had the caliper apart. The pistons/pucks seemed to extend and retract with out too much effort with the caliper halves apart.I think with the small o ring partially blocking the metering hole/channel the brake fluid was being restricted probably more so when hot.A bad brake hose that is collapsing internally would have the same symptoms by restricting the brake fluid. With the brake halves together and torqued that hole was most likely blocked pretty good.Originally posted by ARGOJIM View PostDo you believe it was the small oring or did you do the ones on the pistons as well?
