2010 should have stamped end plates on center axles. They went to HD axles in 2011. The stamped plates were ok at best. If you have tracks change out the other two centers. Keeps you from walking home.

where did they break? Tracks, track tuners, and/or total time on tracks? Machine speed, cargo on board, and terrain conditions when it happened? It’s usually the welded area of the older stamped flanges as mentioned already, after a shock load, but I have seen axles break clean right at the outer bearing believe it or not. That particular machine had about 200+ hrs on factory rubber tracks? My guess is sudden shock load (speed over bumps) or heavy throttle against a sudden, heavy load. Just (ideas) though😊

Well, it was the same side, one rear & the other mid next to it. They did not break at the same time. No cargo to speak of. Not fast, & fairly easy conditions at the time of breaks. Not saying they may have had some stress before hand. In any case i have a spare aboard now. Both times i managed to remove wheel, & go along on 3 on one side. Yes with tracks. Uncertain of the issue, but am thankful for the replies !!! i try to keep up on the argo. Now getting ready for the moose hunt here in NL where i guide. Thanks ??? Respect !!!
