Argo 6x6 vs. 8x8

Hi guys, I'd like to to some opinions on 6x6 vs 8x8 and what you think is better. I've had my heart set on a 8x8 but I've been seeing a few good deals on 6x6's lately. The main reason I was looking at 8x8 was I may use it for hauling firewood in the winter and just the fact that I'm pushing 300lbs and 8x8 will be better balanced in the water!

MOST 6x6 argo owners wish they would have went 8x8. Almost NO 8x8 owners wished they had bought an 6x6.

idk why they would say that
8x8s are cool and get through a lot but IMO 6x6s are more mobile, they can get through trees easier and they fit on a smaller trailer

I have 2000 6x6 argo 18 hp (4 driveing in the woods an 8x8 will not go where i go they are 2 long but my wood are thick ps trying 2 help

Sometimes I have a problem with being too wide to fit down trails, especially if I have spacers and tracks on. Don't really have to many problems with being too long, but the chainsaw does get fired up once in a while to "modify" the trails. Some trees are just too big to push over. lol

I haven't driven my 6x6 since I got the 8x8. No comparison in ride but the 6x6 speed is nice on the road. Size has not been an issue yet.
