It won't be major surgery next time as long as you put Anti-Sieze on the axles when you reassemble them.

i cut the outer race off with an angle grinder with a cut off blade then i arc welded a bead around the inner race to try to heat it up and remove it . no go ,then chisle and hammer and just broke inner race off ,
