Changing a bearing

I am changing a couple axle bearings on a 07 avenger EFI, never have done this before so I have a few questions. It is out in the woods at my cabin, so some of the questions might seem strange because I can't just go out and have a look. It has low hours(100).

Should I be changing both inner and outer even if one seems okay?

What size allen wrench will I need? I called the dealer and got an "I think" , so I thought I would confirm it. I have most sizes but want to be sure.

How do I get the chain apart? Is it a simple master link...or special tool?

Should I change the rubber seals, while I am at it, they seem rather inexpensive, even if they don't seem damaged?

I am a little concerned about the axle, what should I be looking for as far as knowing if it is damaged to the point that it needs repair or replacing?

What type of loctite should I use on those small allen key bolts?

Any "special" tools that I might need? I have most tools that I think I need, but someone out there might have a suggestion to make the job easier.

I did watch this video, very well done. But these are the questions I came up with after watching it.

--Flat screwdriver for the master link should be all you need, to make it easier to re-install, do it on the sprocket.Note which way it is facing when taking it off.
--Your inside bearing is probably ok but check it anyways.
--Yes change the seal.
--If your bearing is bad enough and has caused axle to have grooves in it from the seal rubbing I would take some jb weld and fill the grooves and file it smooth with a flat file. Put masking tape around the axle to prevent from filing to far. when you are filing the jb off and start taking the tape off while filing you will know you have gone far enough.
--I don't know what size allen key you need but take one of those cases that have several on it.
--I like to use red loktite
--A good heavy hammer or dead blow may be needed, just don't hit the end of the axle directly with a steel hammer or you may have to use your file on it to get it to back through the bearing.
A good socket set, 9/16'' wrench, penetrating oil if there is any rust involved.I would use a socket that has the same outside dimensions as the seal to drive it in place.
