I used 80/20 (Introduction to 80/20's T-slotted Framing) framing and lexon for glass, i use armorall to polish out scratches and it works pretty well

I use speed glass in alot of race cars and hot rods I build at the shop. It is like lexan but has a protective 3M scratch resistant coating on it. It is made by Percys.
Here is a link. SpeedGlass - Percy's High Performance - Online Store

Yes it has a wiper, it does fine has hasn't caused any major scraches. I haven't noticed a fogging problem, but the cab isn't completly inclosed, (has doors but open back)
I drilled a few 1-1/4" holes in the lower and upper sections to allow air movement, I plug them in the winter.
I have the same lexan they make snow plows out of, it was about $100.Attached Files
